Join SHRM Career Conversion Programmes (CCPs).

Jointly developed by WorkForce Singapore (WSG), this programme aims to help Singaporean or Singapore PR who are in their mid-career to re-skill with the necessary competencies in order to switch to their new careers.

CCPs for the Food Service Sector, provided by SHRM College, is designed and customized to fully prepare you to join the  booming F&B industry. Selected candidates will take up positions such as Management Trainee, Trainee Chef, Supervisor,  Assistant Restaurant Managers or etc.

If  you have the passion for Food and Beverage Services, let us help you with the switch: 

  • F&B experience is not required 
  • Job interview provided
  • Structured OJT and Training upon acceptance 
  • Min Salary starting at $2,700 (PMET)
  • Min Salary starting at $1,900 (Non-PMET)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Minimally 21 years old
  • Graduated or completed National Service at least 2 years prior at the point of application
  • New hire nominated by an eligible participating company for the CCP
  • New Hire must not have prior working experience or been in a similar job role in previous employment
  • Must not be a shareholder of the company, or its related companies
  • Must not be immediate ex-staff of the participating company or its related entities
  • Must not be related to the owner(s) of the company
