Francis, retired from the Singapore Civil Service after 23 years of service. He was also with the Singapore Economic Development Board and held concurrent appointments in Singapore Technology Group and Sembawang Group as Managing Director/Executive Director involved in developing industrial parks in Indonesia and China. He sits on various Boards of listed and private companies including BAF Spectrum Pte Ltd (private-Spring SEEDS funding program), and the non-profit Business Angels Network, Southeast Asia (BANSEA).

Francis holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Singapore and a Master's of Letters in Strategic Studies from Aberdeen University, Scotland.

Thomas, was formerly the CEO of Boardroom Limited and a member of the Board of Governors of Nanyang Polytechnic. Prior to that he was the Assist Chief Executive of National Computer Board and Director of Europe, Singapore Economic Development Board. He holds an MBA from City University, London.

Soo, a listee of Barons Asia Pacific "Who & Who" and a co-founder of Business Angel Network Southeast Asia (BANSEA), non-profit. CH holds a Bachelor's egree in Electrical Engineering and Master's degree and DIC from Imperial College of Science & Technology, UK.

Dr. Lee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and a Master's in Public Health Administration from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Lee was the CEO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Prior to that she was the CEO of Woodbridge Hospital and the Institute of Mental Health.
