Kitchens
As a student, you will work with the best equipment and ingredients you would expect to find in a top hotel or restaurant. Supervised by industry professionals, you will get involved from your very first day in the kitchen. You'll be introduced to all the major food groups, from breads to soups, to meat and poultry, to the delicious desserts and confections.

Restaurants
Students not only prepare but also serve meals to their other fellow students. From our fine dining restaurant where classical service techniques are used to our fast and efficient dining room where a more contemporary service style is appropriate, students will learn all facets of restaurant and bar service.
