The Academic and Exam Board looks after the academic quality and rigor of programmes offered by SHRM. It develops and reviews policies to ensure that contents of modules is kept up-to-date and relevant to the industry. At the same time, SHRM programmes should receive academic recognition by Universities for entry into top-up degree programmes.
The Board also ensures the quality of programme delivery by deploying teachers with the appropriate qualifications and experiences. The integrity of examinations and assessments is protected by the Board through a series of processes that ensures that exams are conducted and marked properly. The Board forms the main exam moderation and appeals committee for all SHRM programmes. |
