- Certified true copies of all qualifications and supporting documents
- For international applicants, you must include the Student’s Pass application form. Note that your Student's Pass application is subject to Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority’s approval.
All documents (notarised and translated into English) submitted to SHRM will NOT be returned. Photocopies of the documents (notarised and translated into English) are to be done prior to submission to SHRM College.
An application fee is payable for each application form that is submitted. This fee is non-refundable. Please refer to our website or contact us for the application fee.
You can make payment at the Administration Office. Alternatively, cheques/bank drafts should be crossed and made payable to “SHRM College Pte Ltd” with your name, personal identification or passport number and programme title indicated on the back of the cheque. It should not be post-dated.
Application Outcome
You will be informed in writing regarding the outcome of your application. The Academic Board selects students for admission into the programme. All applications will be considered on individual merit. Possession of any one of the qualifications as listed does not necessarily guarantee automatic entry to the programme. Successful applicants will be issued an" Offer Letter".
Acceptance of Offer
To confirm the acceptance of offer, you will have to sign and return the "Acceptance of Offer” form before the stipulated deadline. An application for a Student's Pass will only be submitted upon SHRM's receipt of the duly completed form and any outstanding documents for Student's Pass application. There will be no additional fees to be paid at this point.
Student's Pass Approval
Upon approval of the Student's Pass, you will be issued an In-Principle Approval letter and a multiple-entry visa, if required. You are encouraged to arrive in Singapore and report to the school at least 2 weeks before commencement of the course to complete your Student's Pass and enrolment formalities.
Confidentiality of Student Data
SHRM is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the student's personal information and undertakes not to divulge any of the student's personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of the student, subject to the obligation of SHRM to disclose to any Singapore government authority any information relating to the student in compliance with the law and/or to the organisation conferring/awarding the qualification.
